Lemon Tahini Dressing

• 1 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/2 cup raw sesame tahini
• 1/4 cup chopped scallion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp kelp powder
• cayenne to taste
• 1/2 cup water or vegetable juice
• 3 1/2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
• 3 - 4 drops liquid stevia extract

In a blender, combine all ingredients.  Blend well and season to taste.

Makes 2 cups.
