Before starting this wonderful journey of Raw & Organic food program I struggled with my weight and also my energy level. I could never seem to find the energy to workout or do anything for that matter. I was often feeling down about myself not knowing what I should eat next. One day I told myself enough is enough, I have to do something to change this. I started visiting Nancy's blog a few times a day, taking as many notes as I could and putting all that information to good use. It has litterly changed my life. The weight that I have lost is incredible and the energy that I feel throughout the day while doing my job (as a letter carrier) is beyond anything that I have ever experienced. Im so thankful to Nancy for getting me started on this program. If there was any advice that I could give to anyone viewing this right now it is to simply try Nancy's program. Open up your mind to Organic Raw foods.
