It's been a busy week but I've been able to stick to the daily diet plan! Your emails have been helpful, thanks. Feeling great, energetic & surprised that I do not feel hungry during the day, wow. Veggies for snacks keeps things light, & feel fresh and alert. Usually like breads etc. but do not miss them or the drag on the body. Vicki is also participating in the diet and exercising and feeling great as well (light and energetic).
