I have started to implement very small changes to my diet since ordering your Stop Your Sugar Cravings plan.
I have known for a long time that I was addicted to sugar, but thought it was not a big deal. I read many articles and books about getting off sugar but nothing stuck...until I read your Program! It actually frightened me to read about the effects sugar has on the body. This was a good thing!
I realized my symptoms were getting worse as I got older, and I'm only 38! I was tired of being tired and feeling bloated after overeating. I new I had to change my lifestyle but I was stuck, or should I say "addicted." I loved my sweets, especially in the form of anything chocolate!
It's funny, I talking about my former lifestyle like it was many months or years ago, but it has only been 4 days! As soon as I finished reading your program I started implementing small changes, like you said. I haven't had any chocolate or any refined sugar (nor any cravings for them) since Sunday and I'm feeling alot better already. I am getting the withdrawal headaches, but I have so much more energy. I'm also food combining and eating more often with smaller meals - no snacking at night!
