“Aging is a mistake,” said Dr. Deepak Chopra. Actually, aging is worse than a mistake, it is a catastrophe. Aging reduces quality of life and causes so-called “diseases of aging” such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, and arthritis. Making yourself old and sick is not a sensible choice—it is a mis- take.
