I've been recommending sea vegetables as part of my healing programs - weight loss, cellulite control, detoxification, beautiful hair and skin, and more. Sea vegetables can transform your health. Sea vegetables are plants that grow in or near the sea.
They are twelve times more nutritious than the average vegetable. Sea vegetables are rich in minerals and vital trace minerals that we can barely find even in the richest organic soil, especially iodine, iron, B6, B12, magnesium and many others.
Sea vegetables are generally sold in dehydrated form, and if they’re stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, such as a kitchen cupboard or pantry, they will keep indefinitely. Because they’re dry when purchased, sea vegetables require soaking in water prior to use. Two exceptions are nori sheets and dulse, both of which can be eaten right out of the package.
