- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup raw sesame tahini
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp kelp powder
- cayenne to taste
- 1/2 cup water or vegetable juice
- 3 1/2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 3 - 4 drops liquid stevia extract
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend well and season to taste.
Makes 2 cups.
