- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, soaked overnight, then rinsed
- Sliced strawberries
Combine all the ingredients except the strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend. Garnish with slices of stawberries. Makes 4 servings.
