I have known Nancy since September 2000. I know the exact time because she changed my life.
I came to Nancy's office complaining of daily migraines and fibromyalgia. I had reached the point of total frustration with various Doctors and Specialists, and their band-aid method of medications. I told Nancy I was ready to take charge of my own health. I wanted to know what I could be doing to improve my health from within. What I found out was the food I was eating and the way I was eating, raised to eat, was destroying me. Destroying is a strong word, but it certainly fits. My body prior to Nancy prevented me from making plans ahead of time, because I never knew how I would feel. The pain decided and dictated my life. I was desperate and determined to change this.
After food sensitivity testing and review of my daily journal, Nancy did discover the culprits. They were removed from my diet, slowly. It was a challenge to change my thought process on eating. Both my body and mind were accustomed to the way things were. But over a period of 3 months, my migraines were managed, my energy level soared and my weight dropped 30 pounds! All this from taking charge and being responsible about what I consumed.
I have just finished yet another cleanse with Nancy this past week. This will mark my forth one, I think. I can recall my first cleanse with Nancy. When Nancy speaks of the importance of water, listen and heed. I found myself with a kidney infection during my first cleanse. My body was trying to rid itself of all the toxins, but I did not drink enough water to flush them out and they settled in my kidneys. Now I make sure the water is a priority.
This last cleanse has left me 9 pounds (and counting) lighter, my energy level high (my house has never been so clean!) and my skin glowing. Quite a few people at my work have commented on me looking somehow different, but just can't quite figuire it out.
So, thank-you Nancy. Quite simply you are the biggest, most postive impact on my health, and I am so very thankful to what ever brought me to your door.
Debbie
