I’m in Albuquerque, New Mexico now for the next three months. We just finished settling down and found a beautiful condo within walking distance to everything we need. I’ll fill you in more about my personal journey next week via my blog.
I've received many e-mails this week asking about cleansings and detox. Which one should you do?
If you haven't done the 7-day cleanse yet, I would strongly suggest you start with this one first! The 7-Day Sugar-Free Diet has been designed to fit various lifestyles and goals, so you don't have to worry about trying to squeeze into a plan that's not right for you - especially if weight loss is NOT your goal. You choose which meal plan you want to follow. The intention is to help you manage your sugar cravings or carbohydrate sensitivity, whether you want to lose weight or not. Either way, you WILL see results.
Inside, you'll find 92 pages of expert advice on how to stop your sugar cravings and transform your eating habits without feeling hungry or deprived. You will eat three meals a day and enjoy healthy snacks in-between.
Better yet, with the help of the 7-Day Menu Planner, you’ll get easy-to-make recipes and expert guidance on your journey to a new, healthier you.
Plus, you'll get my recommendations for super-food supplements to speed up the process of knocking that sugar right out of your body. These are supplements I personally trust and use regularly. I'll tell you precisely where to get them.
Check it out! You can get your copy right here
Sorry we never connected for dinner before you left.(When you get back???) I'd like to interview you on your 7 day Sugar-Free Diet on my Telelclass. Can you do it from where you are? Let me know. It would be in the evening.
We're expecting 24 cm of snow today, it's been snowing all day. Freezing rain around Lake Ontario, good day to stay indoors.
I guess I don't have to say, keep warm{smile}T

Wow Nancy! You sure are a globe trotter these days. Is Albuquerque your winter home?
I'm just about done school. My final assignment is due tomorrow. I did my co-op at Willow Lane Natural Foods and I'm going to work part-time in the store. Louisa graduated from CSNN back in the summer and she's looking to get some office space behind the store. I'm hoping to share it with her and start taking clients.
It was a good year for me. I learned a lot, made new friends and did all sorts of wild experiments on myself. The parasite cleanse was the most eye opening. I'm glad that's over - 8 bowel movements a day is a bit much!
Another benefit was - without even consciously trying - I dropped 15 pounds and am back in a size 8.
Let me know if you're going to be in the Georgetown area after you get back from Mexico. I'd love to see you again.
Have fun in Mexico.
Take care,
Charlene

Nancy, This past holiday season has been so busy with juggling schedules and all that needs to be done for work and home... To make a long story short I finally decided I was ready, had the money and the basic knowledge to go forward with my live healthy eating and take the jump to arm myself with the right tools for the New Year.
I found an amazing deal for a Vita-Mix and an Excalibur Dehydrator and many of the essential supplements to get the New Year off to a great start. I have your stop the sugar and 21 day program and I have been reading and re-reading over the last 6 months to learn the supplies needed to go forward with a healthier raw lifestyle. Working through the recipes and slowly integrating into my life.
