I just picked up some Nettle Tea last night and I am having a cup as I ride your blog this morning.



I used to drink Nettle Tea warm when I did the Master Cleanse but have been brewing it overnight as suggested and drinking it at room temperature the following day. I love it. It is very refreshing.
