A
light morning meal will leave you feeling energized and ready to begin
the day. Juices and fruits are perfect for breakfast, since they are
high in nutrients yet low in calories and easy to digest. They are much
more healthy than eating fried eggs and bacon! Not only that, when you
wake in the morning your stomach is empty, so this is an optimal time
to cleanse your insides with a smoothie. If you're having trouble with

Antioxidant Superfood Drink:
- 1/2 Cup almond milk (make your own or buy at the health food store)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)—which are full of antioxidants
- 2 Tbsp of Chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp of Sun is Shining
- 1 Scoop Sun Warrior Protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon or organic Acai powder
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein
Blend all ingredients, and enjoy.
